Public Works reported a technical issue with the Cla Valve in the Ranger Ridge standpipe that will require replacement and carry an estimated cost of approximately $26,000. Staff stated Ranger Ridge is aware of the issue and will cover the cost of changing out the valve so the standpipe will operate properly.
