The Town of Windham Board voted to adopt Town Board Resolution #82 of 2025 and approved a draft development agreement to advance the Windham Mountain Master Plan and Redevelopment Project. The project record in the minutes describes a total project area of "close to +/- 245 acres spread over 36 tax parcels" and lists "construction of sixty-six (66) residential units (46 Townhouses and 20 single‑family house lots)," an expanded Adventure Center, and upgrades to the Windham Golf Club.
