Commission flags logistics, self-storage and parking sections for revision

During its ordinance review the commission requested broader revision of the color definition in Section 4120 (Logistic Centers), suggested removing subsection (A) from Section 4121 (Self Storage Facility) and affirmed that no outside storage of goods or vehicles should be permitted under subsection (C). Members also proposed adding pedestrian movement and walkway guidance to Section 5001 (required off-street parking spaces) and asked that landscaping plans include a provision for replacing dead plants.

These edits were discussed as part of a line-by-line review of pages 100–168 and will be incorporated into the next draft for staff and Board of Supervisors consideration. No formal votes on the ordinance text were taken at the meeting; the discussion was advisory and editorial in nature.
