Commission selects Ingram Engineering as CDBG engineer, approves RVRC letter of agreement
After reviewing RFQ scores, the commission approved Ingram Engineering (highest score 67) for CDBG engineering work and authorized a letter of agreement with the River Valley Regional Commission. The record notes a $500 rewrite fee and that last year an audit issue kept the county from qualifying.

The board unanimously approved selecting Ingram Engineering as the county’s CDBG engineer after the RFQ review produced a top score of 67 for Ingram and 62 for the next applicant. Rick Morris attended the meeting to explain the scoring and the River Valley Regional Commission (RVRC) agreement.
