The Picture Rocks Borough Council appointed Craig Gansell as park manager (motion by Councilmember Frank Shetler, seconded by Councilmember Dave Hitesman) and recorded the motion as carried. The Parks & Property committee reported plans to organize a volunteer Park & Recreation Committee; the council voted to hold an organizational meeting to set up that committee (motion by Frank Shetler, seconded by Matt Charles).
