After a site visit with PennDOT and Hawbaker, council voted to accept Hawbaker's proposed remedy — replace two worst sidewalk squares, power-wash the project, wire-brush and seal — to address deteriorating curbing at the Water Street ADA ramp.

Council members and representatives from PennDOT and Hawbaker met at the Water Street ADA ramp to inspect deteriorating new curbing. Hawbaker representative Sean Rensnyder proposed a remedial scope: replace the two worst sidewalk squares, power-wash the entire project, wire-brush and seal the work.
