The committee paused consideration of SB 2487 (Senate draft 1, House draft 1) relating to the Public Utilities Commission after the judiciary chair asked that the measure be moved to later on the agenda. Members said they had received a memo from the Public Utilities Commission that required additional review and clarification from the PUC chair before substantive discussion could proceed.
