Senator Inouye described SB 3156 (House Draft 1) as a measure that would authorize the Department of Transportation to enter into agreements with the U.S. Department of Defense for the provision of services at federal military installations "under certain conditions." The committee did not take further action on the measure during this session and scheduled it to reconvene on April 28 at 9:30 a.m. in conference room 329.
