Collegeville–Trappe Joint Public Works Department members heard updates Feb. 24 on the planned interconnection to the North Penn Water Authority (NPWA) and what it would mean for local control and existing water sources. Engineer Matt Boggs told the committee the borough should expect to be "a bulk customer," not a voting board member, once the interconnection is complete.
