The board approved two technology‑related personnel actions at the Aug. 17 meeting. Trustee Drew Sloan moved to create a new Network Engineer position; Trustee Nancy Duggan seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The minutes record the motion text as, "I make a motion to approve a new position, Network Engineer."
