Internal audit and corrections applied

Audit identified transcript spelling inconsistencies and clarified official names and locations; articles corrected spellings to consistent forms and noted planning-level estimates where figures were presented as approximate.
The full story
I reviewed the draft articles against the Issues Rules checklist (spelling, clarity, chronology, framing, misinformation, misidentification, out_of_context, quantitative precision, process clarity, context clarity, agency clarity, question emphasis, omission, bias, duplicate). The transcript contained multiple inconsistent spellings and typographical errors (e.g., Matanuska/Matsubo/Matsuburo, Stron/Strong, Welton/Welzene, Littleflare/Little Flair). Where the transcript allowed clear correction without inventing facts, I normalized to consistent forms used elsewhere in the packet (Matanuska-Susitna Borough; Littleflare LLC; Alex Stron; Jana Welton). Financial figures reported as planning-level estimates were explicitly labeled as such in the articles. No substantive facts were added that were not present in the transcript.
