The planning board granted an applicant’s request for two 90-day extensions on a previously approved subdivision (Special Planning Topic 23L). The applicant said the additional time was needed to finalize easements and to have the town attorney review a sidewalk easement. The board moved, seconded and voted in favor of the extensions.
