Buildings and grounds director Tony Anderson asked the board to approve a purchase requisition to contract custodial services with High Desert Commercial Cleaning for $11,816 while a formal RFP is prepared. The board also authorized county staff to commit up to $13,000 per month for the next three months on that custodial contract to avoid service interruptions until a new contract is in place.
