Council retained McCormick Law Firm as borough solicitor, appointed Pysher & Associates as borough engineer, retained Code Inspections, Inc. for enforcement and zoning duties, and filled zoning board, planning commission and auditor slots during the Jan. 5, 2026 organizational meeting.

During the Jan. 5, 2026 Picture Rocks Borough organizational meeting, council made a series of appointments to key borough positions. Council voted to retain McCormick Law Firm as borough solicitor (motion by David Hitesman, seconded by Matt Charles) and approved Pysher & Associates as the borough engineering firm (motion by Matt Charles, seconded by Frank Shetler). The minutes record the motions and state "Motion Carried" for both actions.
