The Sweeny ISD Board approved the transfer of all funds from Fund 680 and Fund 681 into General Fund 199 at its Sept. 9 meeting. The motion, made by Bryan Douget and seconded by Trina Smith, passed with all four members present voting aye (4–0). The minutes record the transfer but do not specify amounts in the public record.
