Committee approves routine resolution authorizing NYSDOT undertakings

Tim Carr, director of public facilities, presented a proposed resolution enabling county public works and related departments to perform undertakings in New York State rights-of-way and to secure any necessary permits. Carr said the resolution is an annual authorization intended to streamline permitting when the county does work within state ROW.
