Board members flagged a Munis (Tyler) audit report prepared about a year earlier that included "quick wins" to improve municipal financial workflows. Select Board members said the report had not been fully implemented and asked staff to move quickly to close gaps so department heads can manage budgets and submit purchase orders electronically.
