STAR Bus ridership shows modest use; staff to update on scheduling app

Human resources director Wright presented STAR Bus statistics for the fiscal year to date (October–February), saying the report shows an average of about 234 trips per month and 196 trips in February. "Average monthly, yes. 234 trips total," he said while reviewing the board's dashboard. Wright also described a significant change in cancellations (he initially described an 89% change, then clarified that some large change stemmed from an incorrectly scheduled rider who had to cancel), and said staff has not yet received a definitive update on a scheduling application pilot being planned for rollout.
