During a public hearing on Nov. 12 the Tullytown Borough Council approved Property Allocation Ordinance #413 and accepted a $500 check connected to the ordinance. The motion was seconded and the minutes record the council vote; Mr. Shellenberger voted against the measure while other members supported adoption.
