Pennsylvania One-Call requested Blair Township adopt a resolution proclaiming April 'Safe Digging Month' to raise awareness about calling 8-1-1 before doing any excavation. Secretary/Treasurer Kami Bilek provided the proposed resolution prior to the meeting and explained the resolution's purpose was limited to public awareness.
