The Nutter Fort Town Council unanimously adopted Resolution 2026-02 on March 10, 2026, authorizing the Mayor — or, in his absence, the Recorder — to act on behalf of the town for the Chub Run Rt 20 Sewer System Project. Councilor Charlene Louk moved acceptance with a minor wording revision; Councilor Sam Maxson seconded and the roll call vote was unanimous.
