Each board recorded and passed a motion authorizing the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to hire an outside firm to conduct a feasibility study into centralization. The motions adopt parallel language designating District Superintendent David O’Rourke to release and collect proposals and stating that the three boards "will review and award the RFP to the successful bidder at a date and time to be announced."
