Miller and Associates told the council they negotiated with interested parties and will withdraw the application for Mills Addition; the council approved the request to withdraw.

Craig Bennett of Miller and Associates told the council negotiations produced interest in preserving the lot as developable rather than converting it into an outlot. "So we are gonna withdraw it," Bennett said, explaining the applicant will keep the parcel buildable and remove the current application.
