Committee plans volunteer application packets and recruiting steps for fall
Debbie will prepare volunteer application packets and temporary folders for distribution by the end of September to support recruiting and onboarding of new volunteers; town hall retains responsibility for formal appointment interviews. The committee agreed to keep packets available at the Treasure Chest for prospective volunteers.

Committee member Debbie said she has assembled a temporary folder with volunteer forms and will place it in the Treasure Chest for prospective recruits, with a finalized packet expected by the end of September. "I did put together um a folder and I have um five of the um of the forms for volunteer process," Debbie said when describing the materials she will distribute for new volunteer applicants.
