The Stephens County Board of Commissioners approved a conditional use permit that will allow Kelsey Mays to operate a home-based micro-bakery at 5092 Rock Creek Road, in a parcel zoned agricultural intensive. The Planning Commission recommended approval, the applicant spoke in favor at the public hearing, and the board approved the conditional use motion by voice vote.
