Superintendent Mark Branco outlined a proposed "Intensive Learning Program" the district would add to serve a specific population of students within Rockport rather than sending them to outside specialized placements. "It will provide specific students with educational programming and learning environment here in their home town in their school district," Branco said, describing the initiative as inclusive and designed to keep students with local peers.
