Commissioner Carl raised concerns about the courthouse mowing contract and whether the county is paying for excessive services. He asked staff to review the bid and said he would like to know "how much we pay a year to just have this courthouse mowing taken care of," noting a charge of "160 each time they mow it" and higher mulching charges.
