The Kent County VEBA Board voted to approve an engagement letter from Gabriel Roeder Smith & Company to perform valuations required by GASB Statements Nos. 74 and 75. Vice Chair Jeff Dood reviewed the proposed fees and services and moved for approval; Treasurer Peter MacGregor supported the motion and the board approved it unanimously.
