Vice Chair and Fiscal Services Director Jeff Dood reviewed an engagement letter from Gabriel Roeder Smith & Company for the actuarial valuation of the Kent County Retiree Health Care Plan and moved to approve the fee letter. Trustee Michelle Balcom supported the motion and the board approved it unanimously at the Feb. 18, 2026 meeting.
