Oak Ridge council discusses dumping, gravel on FM 139 and ADU enforcement questions

During the Mayor/Council items the council flagged several neighborhood and infrastructure matters. The minutes record: illegal dumping in city limits around Blackjack (proposal to follow at a later meeting); "$2600 of gravel on 139. City Attorney will review since it's a county road"; that legal funds are being used rapidly; and that Fallon with TxDOT has documents needed and will try to add a culvert on the FM 139 approach.
