Town appoints Robert Morton to Zoning Board of Appeals after split votes
Following debate and a failed motion to table, the Perth Town Board appointed Robert Morton to the Zoning Board of Appeals in a 3–2 vote with Supervisor Greg Fagan breaking a tie.

After a motion to table Robert Morton’s appointment to the Zoning Board of Appeals failed, the Town Board voted on the appointment and approved it by a 3–2 margin. The board first voted on a motion to table (which was defeated after a tie and Supervisor Greg Fagan’s tie vote). A subsequent appointment motion, moved by Councilman Lewandowski and seconded by Councilman Fisher, passed with Lewandowski and Fisher voting yes, Barker and Priamo voting no, and Supervisor Fagan again casting the deciding yes vote.
