The Winona ISD Board approved participation in the TASB Risk Management Fund and separately approved student accident insurance during the July 20 meeting. Minutes record the TASB item as moved by Aaron Wilson and seconded by Connie Gibbs; the student accident insurance item was recorded as moved by Connie Gibbs and seconded by Aaron Wilson. Both votes were unanimous.
