The Prince Edward County Planning Commission approved a special use permit for Stephen Harris to operate a sporting-goods retail and pawn business at 3176 West Third Street, a site comprising three parcels (022A-1-21, -22 and -23). County planner Mr. Love said the application involves no major building changes and that VDOT reviewed the existing entrances with no objections.
