The City Council approved an updated HDR Engineering proposal for the Chuckanut drainage project that incorporated HDR's revised "Terms and Conditions" required by the firm's internal processes. Councilmember Henry Kollenberg moved to approve the proposal and Councilmember Joel Bender seconded; the motion carried with AYES: Herminghaus, Kollenberg, Bender and Rohde.
