The Howe City Council on July 21 approved two separate two‑year, interest‑free contracts with Maguire Iron, Inc. to perform interior cleaning and repairs at the City of Howe Well 2, covering both the 100MG interior and the ground storage interior. The motions were made by Shawn Tyler and seconded by Billie Ingram and Chad Woods in the two items; both passed unanimously.
