Howe council unanimously approves plats, contracts and audit; several interlocal items deferred
At its July 21 meeting, the Howe City Council unanimously approved plats for Southern Heights, Noble Ridge and Ponderosa Point, renewed a $154,500 J & J contract, accepted the FY2023–24 audit, and approved well maintenance contracts, while several intergovernmental agreements and budget items were discussed but left for later action.

The Howe City Council on July 21 unanimously approved a package of routine and development items, including plats, contract renewals and the FY 2023–24 audit. Mayor Karla McDonald opened the meeting at 6:33 p.m.; councilmembers Shawn Tyler, Ed Whitfield, Chad Woods and Billie Ingram were present.
