Assistant Director Daniel Barra told the council the library functions as a community co‑working and job‑support hub, citing the makerspace (Fab Lab), maker market and resume review services. "We have the Wi Fi that extends throughout the parking lot," Barra said, and staff noted about 50 portable Wi‑Fi hotspots are in the library collection and are frequently checked out.
