Council closes zoning workshop; burn ban announced
Before adjourning, council announced a burn ban effective Friday and noted county contractor cleanup on the boulevard. A motion to adjourn passed unanimously.

At the end of the workshop the chair announced a burn ban to take effect on Friday and reported county contractor work to clean boulevard trees. Lane moved to adjourn; Councilman Sanders seconded and the council voted unanimously to adjourn for the evening. As Lane closed the meeting the chair said, “All in favor of adjournment. It is unanimous.”
