McNeel Carroll Engineering presented a minor development order application to construct two commercial buildings totaling 19,950 sq ft across lots 8 and 9 in the South Walton Commerce Park. The parcels are in District 5 and were previously cleared, staff said; planning comments were mostly minor while engineering comments were more substantive.
