JLL previews Project Nexus vision, aims to deliver draft strategy by month’s end

Steve Garvin, regional director for JLL's Austin office, and project manager Zach Horig presented an executive-summary vision for Project Nexus and a timeline for delivering a development strategy and RFQ materials. Garvin said the team organized goals around market-driven programming, economic growth measured by sales-tax and job targets, regional destination design and authentic character that prioritizes local businesses. "The vision is to create a vibrant 53 acre regional destination that enhances quality of life in Pflugerville," the team wrote and presented to the board.
