PCDC says 2023–25 RFI activity produced five active projects remaining
PCDC reported submitting 17 RFIs in 2023, nine in 2024 and eight in 2025, with only five projects still active; council and board members asked staff to trace disposition of earlier RFIs and report pipeline history.

Jerry Jones reported that PCDC submitted 17 requests for information (RFIs) in 2023, nine in 2024 and eight in 2025 but that only five of those projects remain active. "In 2023, 17 RFIs were submitted. In 2024, 9 were submitted. And in 2025, 8 were submitted," Jones said; he added that projects often shrink in scope over time and that some leads chose neighboring cities.
