A number of council members told PCDC leaders that the presentation’s slides resembled activity logs rather than outcome targets. A council member told the room, "These read to me a lot like activities and not outcomes," and asked staff to show what success would mean for residents — for example, how many projects the city should expect to close and how many local jobs would result.
