During the Nov. 12 public hearing Jerod Neff detailed a set of professional‑development and instructional‑practice supports intended to accompany any curriculum changes. The plan lists 'TxLS-PLC (weekly)', Fall inservice PD, 'Lesson Internalization', instructional practices (FLIPs), SWAPs, learning walks, lesson rehearsal, backwards design and formal observation and feedback protocols.
