Votes and actions: Spring Green Plan Commission and JEZC, July 15, 2026
The JEZC and Plan Commission unanimously approved the meeting agenda and June 17 minutes, convened as the Plan Commission, approved a conditional use permit for reduced setbacks at 146 E. Madison Street, recommended SR-1 overlay amendments, and adjourned; a CSM consultation for Jones Road was discussed with no action taken.

Several routine and substantive motions were recorded and passed unanimously during the July 15 meeting. Kevin Zimmer moved to approve the agenda (seconded by Jason Falteisek); Kevin Zimmer moved to approve the June 17 minutes (seconded by Ed Lilla); and the body convened as the Plan Commission on a motion by Zimmer, second by Lilla. Each motion was recorded in the minutes as "passed with all in attendance in favor."
