The Legislative and Intergovernmental Relations Committee on Aug. 17 reviewed a revised request-for-proposal scope that adds a purpose statement asking lobbyists to "seek funding for projects and initiatives at both the state and federal level as requested and directed by the city." Brian Head, the staff presenter, said the purpose language clarifies the city's expectations for state and federal representation.
