The Richardson County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution 2026-2027-4 on Aug. 12 to authorize Chairman John Caverzagie to sign an agreement with Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) to relocate utilities for the Stella SW project (BRO 7074(26) NDOR #13526). The resolution was moved by Caverzagie and seconded by Commissioner Campbell; the roll-call vote was Karas-aye, Campbell-aye, Caverzagie-aye.
