At 7:59 p.m. President Robin Reid moved the board into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance-evaluation data of public employees. Trustee Jean-Claude Bédard seconded the motion. The roll-call vote was recorded as Aye from Bédard, Saperstein, Barta, McCarville and Reid (5); Trustee Deb Miller was absent and one trustee seat was vacant. The motion carried.
