City officials approved buying an annual Water Data Management Software program from Aquatic Informatics, a sole-source provider, for $9,523.48. Public Works Water/Sewer Operator Billy Russell recommended the software; Alderman John Banks moved to approve and Alderman Brent Sistrunk seconded. The motion carried by unanimous vote.
