Spring Green Plan Commission: motions approved, permit cleared for JEZC processing
The commission approved the meeting agenda and Sept. 17 minutes, convened as the Plan Commission, noted a Peterzak zoning permit will be issued after JEZC review, and adjourned at 7:42 p.m. All recorded motions passed unanimously among attendees.

At the Oct. 15, 2025 meeting, commissioners approved procedural items and recorded administrative outcomes. David Saperstein moved and Robin Reid seconded approval of the meeting agenda; the motion passed "with all in attendance in favor." Brad Hutnik moved and Kevin Zimmer seconded approval of the Sept. 17 minutes; that motion also passed unanimously.
