On Oct. 15, 2025, the Village of Spring Green Plan Commission and Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee reviewed a zoning permit submitted by Stephen and Mary Peterzak for construction of an accessory building at E5311 Leone Road (parcel #032-1083-01000).
